A licence is a key, not an account — there is nothing to log into. Paste it here to use it on this browser, or send it as X-Trapdoor-License from a script or CI.

What happens if I cancel?

Trapdoors you already made keep the limits they were made with — you paid to keep that history and cancelling does not delete it. New trapdoors go back to free-tier limits.

Can I use one key in more than one place?

Yes. It is a capability, not a seat: put it in a CI secret, share it with a colleague, use it from a script and a browser at once.

I lost my key.

Open the billing portal from the card you paid with, or write to the address on your receipt. Keys are shown once at checkout and stored in the browser that bought them.

Is any of this needed to use Trapdoor?

No. The free tier is the product; Pro is a bigger allowance of it.

What if I change my mind?

Ask within 30 days of a charge and it is refunded in full, no reason needed. Cancel any time from the billing portal — you keep Pro to the end of the period you paid for, and nothing is deleted.
